Bible Studies For Small Group or Personal Study
The Hagios Bible Study Series couples a Scripture passage with the life of a radical and faithful Christian from Church history to examine the way they lived out God's call in response to his Word.
Each study will take you on a pilgrimage through Scripture and time with a historical guide. In The Beatitudes and Francis of Assisi, we go from the hilltop of Tabgha where Jesus proclaimed "blessed are the peacemakers" to the roads of Assisi where a man named Francis sought to be a peacemaker with the Muslim Sultan of his day.
Ultimately, these studies aim to inspire you to be holy. “But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: ‘Be holy, because I am holy (hagios).” 1 Peter 1:15-16

The Beatitudes and Francis of Assisi
8-Week Scripture Study
$19.99
Along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, Jesus sat down with his disciples, to begin what is famously known as The Sermon on the Mount. Jesus began this series of teachings with “The Beatitudes,” eight principles that ring familiar of the Psalms and other Old Testament biblical wisdom. In this study, we'll take an 8-week pilgrimage from Israel to Italy exploring these teachings and how Francis of Assisi can be our example of a holy and intentional response to God's word.

The Prodigal Son and Augustine of Hippo
6-Week Scripture Study
$19.99
Near the cool coastline of Northern Africa in the town of Hippo, Augustine sat down to write an extensive prayer to God known as The Confessions. His transparent honesty shows us insight into the heart of a prodigal son and how one finds their way home. Comparing this beautiful work with a study of the Prodigal Son in Luke chapter 15, we can take a pilgrimage with Augustine through the scripture and closer to Christ.

5 out of 5 stars!
I'm a Catholic priest and was blessed to lead a group of parishioners through the Hagios study on the Beatitudes and St. Francis of Assisi. We loved it! ... The Hagios Study does a great job of leading participants through a very accessible word study and then makes the application to the life of St. Francis.
The app and extra resources are great and really help bring the study to life. I would recommend it to parishes that are looking for a good and easily accessible Bible study, as well as to individuals who just want to go deeper themselves.
I'm looking forward to new studies from Hagios!
